Sanofi is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join its U.S. Rare Disease team, supporting the Central region, with a focus on Ohio. This field-based, remote position plays a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and executing account-specific strategies that improve patient access and optimize treatment pathways for cross-lysosomal storage disease (xLSD) therapies. As the lead commercial interface for key healthcare accounts and stakeholders, the Strategic Account Manager will manage a portfolio of 7 brands across 5 therapeutic areas. The role requires a blend of scientific acumen, strategic thinking, and strong relationship management to build awareness, support diagnosis and treatment, and drive brand adoption. You’ll collaborate across medical, commercial, and market access teams to deliver meaningful outcomes for patients living with rare diseases. Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree required
2. Minimum of 5 years in pharmaceutical sales, ideally in specialty care or rare disease
3. Proven success in key account management and sales performance
4. Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems and referral networks
5. Strategic sales mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
6. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
7. Digital-first mindset and comfort with digital tools
8. Willingness to travel regularly within assigned territory
9. Must reside within 150 miles of Cincinnati, OH (45229)
10. Valid driver’s license and ability to complete fleet safety training
