Supplier Management & Sustainable Procurement Specialist
STEMCELL Technologies is seeking a Supplier Management & Sustainable Procurement Specialist to lead and strengthen responsible sourcing and supplier performance initiatives. In this role, you'll help shape the future of sustainable procurement by managing supplier engagement, driving compliance with ESG and diversity standards, and aligning sourcing practices with international frameworks such as SBTi, Ecovadis, and Modern Slavery legislation. Working cross-functionally with teams such as Corporate Social Responsibility, Communications, Category Management, and Purchasing, you’ll design and implement strategies that support STEMCELL’s broader Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals. Your work will directly influence the company’s Scope 3 emissions reporting, supplier assessments, diversity programs, and sustainability metrics. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Sustainability, or related field.
10+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or ESG-related roles.
Strong knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001), responsible sourcing, and supplier audit processes.
Familiarity with ESG frameworks such as UN Global Compact, SBTi, and CMRT.
Experience with sustainability and supplier diversity legislation (e.g., Modern Slavery, EUDR).
Strong data analysis and policy development skills.
Project management experience and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities
Lead sustainable procurement initiatives, including annual ESG supplier assessments.
Drive improvements in supplier ESG performance and compliance.
Conduct gap analyses to identify supplier diversity and sustainability opportunities.
Develop and implement supplier ESG and diversity strategies.
Manage the Supplier Code of Conduct and SDEI-related policies and metrics.
Oversee reporting and benchmarking for supplier ESG and diversity performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement with ESG goals.
Support alignment with international sustainability frameworks and legislation.
