In this role, you will take full ownership of Talent Acquisition (TA) and Learning & Development (L&D) activities. You’ll play a key role in supporting our people strategy by attracting top talent and fostering continuous learning and development across the organization.
Requirements
3-4 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in recruitment.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field (Master’s in HR or MBA is a plus).
Exceptional communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
Fluency in English (verbal and written).
Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to perform under tight deadlines.
High levels of responsibility, trustworthiness, and confidentiality.
Curiosity, critical thinking, and adaptability to unique situations.
Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
Normally receives detailed instructions on all work - collaborate directly with LMs & HoDs for all TA and L&D tasks
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Design and implement learning initiatives that drive employee growth and organizational capability.
Manage training programs, performance evaluations, and development plans.
Ensure HR policies and practices align with global standards and local compliance.
Drive core HR activities and actively contribute to the decision-making process.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies, including salary benchmarking, tracking, and reporting.
Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Design and implement learning initiatives that support employee development and align with Samsung’s global direction.
Meet local L&D KPIs and manage the L&D budget effectively.
Conduct Learning Needs Assessments and recommend relevant training programs.
Lead succession planning and help build a strong pipeline of high-potential talent.
Support engagement activities and maintain updates in the Workday (WD) system.
Leverage HR data to generate insights and drive continuous organizational improvement.
Ensure all HR policies and practices are compliant with both local regulations and global standards.
