Talent Operations Program Lead
Factored is seeking a Talent Operations Program Lead to design, implement, and optimize operational frameworks that empower the company’s world-class AI and data engineering teams. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end talent lifecycle. You’ll collaborate closely with recruitment, technical, and client teams to streamline processes and ensure every engineer is set up for success. The ideal candidate is an operational problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This position requires strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to connect multiple workstreams into a cohesive operational strategy. Requirements
1. 4+ years in talent operations, program management, or similar roles.
2. Strong project management and workflow design skills.
3. Experience with cross-functional coordination in high-volume or startup environments.
4. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
5. Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred).
6. Tech industry or consulting background strongly preferred.
7. Proactive, analytical, and comfortable making decisions in ambiguity.
