Responsibilities
In the role of Logistics Transport Planning Manager, you will lead and nurture a team of 13 Transport Planners and Network Coordinators who operate on a 4-on/4-off shift schedule to maintain 7-day operational coverage. You will be responsible for creating operational plans, ensuring their flawless implementation, and driving ongoing improvements within our transport network.
Guiding and mentoring your team to achieve outstanding planning and performance.
Enhancing KPIs and overseeing transport planning metrics to optimize cost-effectiveness and service quality.
Serving as a super user for route scheduling and optimization systems, utilizing data-driven insights.
Cultivating relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party providers to elevate service levels.
Executing logistics projects that emphasize digitization, system advancements, and operational streamlining.
