Website Design & Optimization Specialist
OneStream is seeking a skilled Website Design & Optimization Specialist to join its global marketing team. This role focuses on enhancing user experience, optimizing website performance, and driving engagement across all digital touchpoints. You’ll bridge design, demand generation, and technical development, translating business goals into functional, visually compelling, and data-driven website experiences. The ideal candidate brings expertise in UX/UI design, analytics, and A/B testing while using platforms such as Figma, Google Analytics, and CMS systems like Sanity. As part of the Demand Generation team, you’ll collaborate daily with design, development, and content teams to continuously improve web performance, streamline the user journey, and ensure design consistency. This is a fully remote role (with preference for candidates in the Atlanta Metro Area).

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2. 2-4 years of professional experience in website design and optimization.
3. Strong skills with Figma, Google Analytics, and VWO (or similar platforms).
4. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
5. Experience with CMS tools (Sanity CMS preferred).
6. Ability to perform multivariate testing and analyze UX data.
7. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive website design system using Figma.
2. Conduct user research and analyze web analytics to drive design decisions.
3. Create mock-ups and interactive prototypes for new features or improvements.
