Workstation ISV Strategy Lead
Dell Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Workstation ISV Strategy Lead to join its Product Management team in Austin, Texas. This senior-level role focuses on defining and executing long-term product strategies for Dell’s workstation business, with a strong emphasis on Independent Software Vendor (ISV) collaboration. As a Product Management Senior Consultant, you will identify new market opportunities, shape product vision, and work cross-functionally with engineering, stakeholders, and senior leadership. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical acumen, strong business insight, and a successful track record of driving enterprise products across their full lifecycle, from concept to deployment. This is a strategic position suited for a forward-thinking leader with strong market research and storytelling skills. You’ll contribute to the innovation and development of next-generation products that power the digital transformation of global enterprises.

Requirements
1. Minimum 15+ years of experience in product management or related fields
2. Proven expertise in defining and executing long-term product strategy
3. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
4. Deep technical knowledge of enterprise hardware/software ecosystems
5. Experience writing functional specifications and leading cross-functional collaboration
6. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
7. Experience using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies
8. Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
9. Technical background in IT infrastructure (compute, cloud, storage, networking, security) preferred

Responsibilities
1. Define and drive product strategy for ISV-aligned workstation products
2. Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to develop scalable, high-availability solutions
3. Lead full product lifecycle management—from ideation to release
4. Develop market research, white papers, and strategic documents
5. Present product strategy and vision to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
6. Manage feature scoping, prototyping, and testing
7. Support product positioning and go-to-market strategies
8. Translate complex technical needs into user stories and business outcomes
